About The Position

Payoneer is seeking an Online Payment Relationship Manager to lead the company's online payment solutions and operations. This role oversees payment provider relationships that power Payoneer's B2B invoicing platform. The responsibilities include managing the full ecosystem of acquirers, processors, and payment partners to ensure reliable and scalable payment flows, as well as owning the end-to-end management of reversed payments. The position operates at the intersection of operations, partnerships, and strategy, working closely with various teams to maintain and evolve the payment infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in the online/mobile payments industry or a relevant fintech company.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with acquirers, payment processors, or card scheme partners in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Deep familiarity with card schemes, acquiring ecosystems, payment rails, and the broader payment provider landscape.
  • Strong commercial acumen — experience with contract negotiations, partner governance, and performance management.
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and drive alignment across internal and external parties.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable interpreting transaction data, fee structures, and partner performance metrics to inform decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end, with high attention to detail from planning through execution.
  • Highly motivated and ownership-driven, with the relationship-building skills and executive presence to represent Payoneer externally at a senior level.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic relationships with acquirers, payment processors, card schemes, and other payment providers, serving as the primary point of contact and driving long-term partnership value.
  • Proactively manage day-to-day and strategic engagement with external payment partners, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, escalations, and roadmap alignment.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance against SLAs, commercial terms, and operational benchmarks. Identify gaps, drive remediation, and surface opportunities to expand or optimize existing partnerships.
  • Act as the internal champion for payment partnerships, aligning Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations stakeholders around partner capabilities, requirements, and joint initiatives.
  • Use analytics and reporting to track partner health, transaction performance, and cost efficiency, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
