About The Position

The Department of Statistics at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for part-time online instructional faculty positions teaching the Department’s University Park courses during the Spring 2027, Summer 2027, and Fall 2027 semesters. Faculty will provide instruction for in-person courses and administer them through Canvas. These positions are part-time, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis and reviewed as positions are needed. Application materials must include a cover letter and curriculum vitae. Reviews will begin immediately and continue until all positions are filled. Employment requires successful completion of background checks in accordance with University policies.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• A conferred Ph.D. in Statistics or a related field is preferred.
• Applicants with a master’s degree and related experience will be considered.
• Previous experience is preferred.
