The company is seeking a dependable, entry-level Online Hotel Reservationist to assist with hotel bookings for travel clients. This 100% remote, work-from-home role is suitable for someone beginning a career in travel who enjoys helping others and is detail-oriented. Training is provided to manage hotel reservation requests, supplier platforms, and client preferences.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and a customer service mindset.

Responsibilities
- Search for and recommend hotel accommodations based on client preferences and travel dates.
- Assist with quoting, reserving, and confirming hotel stays.

- Track reservation details, deadlines, and changes.
- Provide outstanding support and timely follow-up to clients.
- Maintain accurate booking records and client preferences.
