Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves effectively communicating with players through various channels, addressing their concerns and providing assistance. Responsibilities
- Ability to multitask
- Communicate effectively with players and address comments and concerns via Live Chat, Email, and Phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues to assist players in creating accounts and ensuring an enjoyable gaming experience
- Assist players with promotions, loyalty programs, and terms and conditions
- Respond to inquiries in community chat
- Escalate necessary issues to management in a timely fashion
- Perform payment approvals while following processes to identify Fraud, AML, and risk
- Other duties as necessary and/or assigned
Requirements
- Ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills with players via Live Chat, Email, and Phone
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, browsers, and mobile devices
- Knowledge and assistance with promotions, loyalty programs, and terms and conditions
- Responding to inquiries in community chat
- Escalating issues to management in a timely fashion
- Performing payment approvals while following processes to identify Fraud, AML, and risk
- Experience with computers, browsers, and mobile devices
- Availability for scheduling including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Preferred knowledge of sports betting and major sports
- 1 year or more Customer Service experience in an office or call center setting preferred
- Preferred experience with sports betting technology
- Active Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board License Preferred
