About The Position

Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations. The One Card Office is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success. This position involves assisting students with their One Card accounts, meal plans, and other related services in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Current NC State University student with a flexible schedule
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with a team and effectively communicate
Must attend mandatory staff meetings, employee orientation, and training sessions
Ability to operate a Micros cash register
Basic knowledge of the NC State campus and the location of buildings
Remain in compliance with Wolfpack One Card student employee policies and expectations at all times

Responsibilities

Answer walk-in and phone inquiries regarding One Card accounts, meal plans, All Campus options, etc.
Properly execute daily login, set up, and shutdown procedures of the ID card station(s)
Communicate effectively with supervisor(s), customers, and peers
Maintain a high level of professionalism and a clean work environment at all times
Work on special projects assigned by the Wolfpack One office support staff
Remain in compliance with the Wolfpack One Card
Operate equipment and troubleshoot for quick repairs and supply replacement
Prepare appropriate ID cards that correspond with classification types and departments
Perform batch printing for various ID production tasks
