About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA, is currently looking for a full-time Oncology RN Navigator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will help patients navigate healthcare system barriers, ensuring a seamless care experience from referral to specialty care and beyond, including survivorship and end-of-life care. As an RN Navigator, you will utilize your advanced clinical skills and expertise to coordinate patient care along the specialty continuum. Requirements

• Current Washington state RN license in good standing
• ONS Certification required
• BLS Certification required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Oncology Nursing preferred
• Oncology Navigation experience preferred
• OCN Certification strongly preferred
• ACLS Certification may be required
