At Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, patients experience customized, comprehensive and compassionate cancer care. We travel through the cancer journey with patients, supporting their unique medical and personal needs every step of the way. We believe patient care is most effective when it’s truly collaborative. Our evidence-based, multidisciplinary approach brings together physicians from all cancer specialties to provide highly coordinated and compassionate care. As an Oncology Patient Services Navigator, you will guide patients and their families through the complexities of the healthcare system with compassion and clarity. You’ll coordinate key administrative aspects of care, including patient scheduling, registration, needs assessments, insurance verification, documentation, and data tracking, while partnering closely with clinical teams to support timely diagnoses, treatments, and a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate brings experience in healthcare coordination, particularly in areas such as patient scheduling, insurance verification, follow-up, and data management. Preferred backgrounds include oncology, breast imaging, radiology, women’s health, or patient navigation. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and empathetic, you will support patients from initial outreach through results follow-up and play an important role in advancing a community-based mobile screening program by identifying barriers to care and connecting patients with needed resources.
