Oncology Medical Assistant
About The Position
The Oncology Medical Assistant works at UW Health Carbone Cancer Center, 3535 N Bell School Rd. The position is 100% FTE, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. Shifts are eight hours, with varying start times: 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Additional compensation may include evening, night, and weekend shift differentials, overtime, and on-call pay. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited associate degree program or Medical Assistant program, or at least two years of relevant experience.
- Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Computer experience.
- RMA, AAMA, CCMA, or NCCT certification upon hire; active certification must be maintained.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
