Partner Veterinary is looking for an Oncology Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our Richmond, VA team! Our Training Department has an impressive track record of helping Technicians achieve advanced certifications such as a VTS, CVPP, and/or CVRP. To set you up for success from day 1, We gift you a wellness week of PTO after 90 days in your position. This includes 30-40 hours of extra time off dependent upon your weekly schedule. Partner Veterinary recognizes the demand that is on team members, and this wellness week allows you to rest and relax with a week off after your initial 90 days. Partner Veterinary is seeking a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician for our Oncology service who is excited to leverage their specialized skills to care for patients and families combating cancer. The Oncology RVT for Partner Veterinary is able to practice at the height of their skills. This is achieved through exhibiting knowledge in diagnostic procedures, tumor classifications/terminology, and, most importantly, recognizing the needs of our patients and clients. These needs range from compassionate care and communication for our clients to delivering analgesics and nutritional support to our patients.
