This position is responsible for the first 30 days of the team member's lifecycle, including but not limited to all pre-employment communication, screenings, and scheduling for new team members. The Onboarding Specialist III will take charge of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. They will effectively communicate all pre-employment requirements to new hires, providing clear instructions and guidance, and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and screenings by new hires, monitoring progress through platforms like Smartsheet. The role also involves filing and organizing pre-employment documents, conducting check-ins with new hires at 15 and 30 days of employment, performing and tracking various background checks, and utilizing Human Resource platforms such as ADP, iCIMS, and i9 Advantage. Additionally, the specialist will respond to and process assigned tickets, participate in team meetings, contribute to SOP creation and improvement, maintain access to and ensure the security of highly sensitive materials, ensure project productivity and quality goals, and communicate with team members and departmental managers.
