This position is responsible for the first 30 days of the team member's lifecycle, including but not limited to all pre-employment communication, screenings, and scheduling for new team members. The Onboarding Specialist III will take charge of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This role involves effectively communicating all pre-employment requirements to new hires, providing clear instructions and guidance, and ensuring timely completion of onboarding tasks and screenings by new hires by monitoring progress through platforms like Smartsheet. The specialist will also file and organize preemployment documents, conduct check-ins with new hires at 15 and 30 days of employment, perform and track various background checks, and utilize Human Resource platforms such as ADP, iCIMS, and i9 Advantage. Additionally, the role requires responding to and processing assigned tickets from the internal ticketing system, actively participating in team meetings, contributing to the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the onboarding process, maintaining access to and ensuring the security of highly sensitive materials, and ensuring the maintenance of project productivity and quality goals. Communication with team members and departmental managers is also a key aspect of this role, along with participating in other projects or duties as assigned.
