This role anchors the learning and experience journey of the new hire from orientation through the first 90 days. The Onboarding Specialist, Experience & Learning owns the design, coordination, and facilitation of new hire orientation and the 30/60/90-day onboarding touchpoints across all new hire populations — frontline staff, site coordinators, and office hires — ensuring every new employee is supported well past their first day. This role sits within the Employee Experience team and reports to the People Experience Manager. During peak hiring season, this role flexes to support ADP processing, data changes, and onboarding logistics in partnership with the Onboarding Specialist, Operations & Compliance.
