About The Position

You’ll serve as a critical support partner across the full lifecycle of post‑offer onboarding and in‑person learning delivery operations. You will work independently with some guidance, supporting project plans, timelines, compliance requirements, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, recruiters, hiring managers, learning partners, facilitators, subject matter experts (SMEs), and vendors. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, anticipate participant needs, and deliver exceptional service throughout both onboarding and training processes. You will serve as an escalation point for participant questions, provide timely feedback resolution, and support data collection activities such as surveys and attendance tracking, to drive continuous improvement. On the onboarding side, you will manage compliance tasks, track required documentation, support start‑date readiness, and provide high‑touch customer service to new hires.
