You’ll serve as a critical support partner across the full lifecycle of post‑offer onboarding and in‑person learning delivery operations. In this role, you will coordinate logistics before, during, and after instructor‑led training (ILT) events, while also managing high‑volume post‑offer onboarding tasks to ensure new hires are prepared for day one. You will work independently with some guidance, supporting project plans, timelines, compliance requirements, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, recruiters, hiring managers, learning partners, facilitators, subject matter experts (SMEs), and vendors. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, anticipate participant needs, and deliver exceptional service throughout both onboarding and training processes. Your responsibilities include room setup, materials handling, catering coordination, roster and enrollment management, and on-site support for facilitators and participants. You will serve as an escalation point for participant questions, provide timely feedback resolution, and support data collection activities such as surveys and attendance tracking, to drive continuous improvement. On the onboarding side, you will manage compliance tasks, track required documentation, support start‑date readiness, and provide high‑touch customer service to new hires. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
