About The Position
Summit 7 is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Onboarding Engineer to support the successful integration of clients into our Managed Services offering. This role plays a key part in facilitating smooth transitions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, and maintaining a high level of quality throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Azure environments and associated services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a client-facing or service delivery role.
- Comfortable navigating evolving priorities and working across teams to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Act as a technical point of contact during onboarding.
- Ensure onboarding tasks and milestones are completed within defined timelines, communicating blockers, and driving resolutions.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to coordinate onboarding activities, provide updates, and answer questions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote client satisfaction and address evolving needs.
- Contribute to quality assurance efforts by reviewing configurations, deployments, and documentation to ensure baselines are met and issues are identified proactively.
- Identify areas for procedural enhancement and contribute to scalable, repeatable onboarding workflows and knowledge documentation.
