Onboarding Engineer

Logiwa is seeking a talented Onboarding Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer management skills, as well as a passion for the WMS space. They will be responsible for setting up new customers for success by leading project design sessions, understanding customer requirements, and providing go-live support. The Onboarding Engineer will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver successful implementations and provide ongoing support. This role requires a combination of project management, technical expertise, and customer service skills.

• Lead customer meetings to understand their business requirements and configure products accordingly
• Translate business requirements into technical design documents
• Promote Logiwa and ensure project timelines are met
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Complete implementations successfully, on time, and within budget
• Collaborate with project teams to provide status updates, resolve issues, and design solutions
• Stay updated on new releases and product functionality
• Provide go-live support, including on-site visits, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation
• Support the sales team as a technical sales consultant
• Analyze product development requirements and provide functional requirements documents
• Conduct project hand-off to Logiwa Support and Customer Success teams
• Measure warehouse management metrics and identify opportunities and risks
• Travel within the US for occasional on-site visits with clients.

• BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Logistics, or similar fields; or a combination of experience and education/training equivalent to a four-year college degree
• Previous experience in a role directly interacting with customers on software implementation or project management
• Prior experience in supply chain technology space, especially warehouse management, is a plus
• Ability to measure key warehouse management metrics, identifying opportunities and risks
• Project experience – Analysis, configuration, implementation, training, post support
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills
• Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and work hands-on in a team environment
• This position will require some travel within the US for occasional on-site visits with clients.
