About the position
Logiwa is seeking a talented Onboarding Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer management skills, as well as a passion for the WMS space. They will be responsible for setting up new customers for success by leading project design sessions, understanding customer requirements, and providing go-live support. The Onboarding Engineer will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver successful implementations and provide ongoing support. This role requires a combination of project management, technical expertise, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer meetings to understand their business requirements and configure products accordingly
- Translate business requirements into technical design documents
- Promote Logiwa and ensure project timelines are met
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Complete implementations successfully, on time, and within budget
- Collaborate with project teams to provide status updates, resolve issues, and design solutions
- Stay updated on new releases and product functionality
- Provide go-live support, including on-site visits, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation
- Support the sales team as a technical sales consultant
- Analyze product development requirements and provide functional requirements documents
- Conduct project hand-off to Logiwa Support and Customer Success teams
- Measure warehouse management metrics and identify opportunities and risks
- Travel within the US for occasional on-site visits with clients.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations Research, Logistics, or similar fields; or a combination of experience and education/training equivalent to a four-year college degree
- Previous experience in a role directly interacting with customers on software implementation or project management
- Prior experience in supply chain technology space, especially warehouse management, is a plus
- Ability to measure key warehouse management metrics, identifying opportunities and risks
- Project experience – Analysis, configuration, implementation, training, post support
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and work hands-on in a team environment
- This position will require some travel within the US for occasional on-site visits with clients.
