Senior Integration Engineer

As a Senior Integration Engineer at Logiwa, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Logiwa's order fulfillment SaaS platform and customers' e-commerce and order management systems. Your role will involve understanding customer processes, serving as a subject matter expert for integration and APIs, creating technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing scalable integration solutions. With a focus on industry best practices and data privacy regulations, you will also handle exception handling, error notification, and perform unit testing. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years of systems integration experience, proficiency in API development, and familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment processes.

• Understand customer functional processes to lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of integration solutions between Logiwa’s SaaS platform and external systems
• Serve as key subject matter expert to Logiwa’s Customers for integration, APIs, and data transformation matters
• Create and maintain comprehensive customer technical documentation, including integration specifications, architecture diagrams, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Onboarding, Product Managers, Developers, and Customer Support
• Develop robust and scalable integration solutions that adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and data privacy regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge with Logiwa’s core 3rd party integration APIs like UPS, FedEx, Shopify, NetSuite
• Develop efficient exception handling and error notification process to monitor and reprocess error transactions
• Participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation that is aligned with customer business processes
• Effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time and take ownership of the onboarding projects that you are working on
• Perform unit testing/QA of integration to ensure business requirements are being met as requested

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of proven experience in systems integration, with a strong focus on SaaS, EDI and order integrations
• Proficiency in API development using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies
• Experience with SQL, data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques and tools
• Familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment processes
