Onboarding Consultant I
About The Position
The Onboarding Consultant at RealPage is a critical member of the Consulting team. He/she will work closely with existing customers to onboard additional assets to their portfolio. As an Onboarding Consultant, he/she will be the customer’s main point of contact for their implementation and is ultimately responsible for the successful deployment of the RealPage platform. Throughout a project, the Onboarding Consultant is responsible for establishing a deployment schedule, collecting and validating required deliverables, and ensuring we deliver our solutions to meet the customers needs. As a trusted advisor, he/she is a success implementation leader and is tasked with ultimately providing an amazing client onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Familiarity with RealPage products or Multifamily industry
- 4 years of proven experience in implementation and/or project management
- Strong communication, presentation, and relational skills, capable of synthesizing complex information to stakeholders of various technical backgrounds
- Capable of simultaneously leading multiple projects over several months
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including stay connected with various internal and external cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning onboarding target metrics
- Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to ensuring customer success
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation experience for our add-on customers.
- Take independent action to identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation project.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, then analyze, decide and build out a project schedule to meet those expectations.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their implementation, answer their questions, and address and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Consult with customers determine, guide and gather necessary documents, data, and other deliverables required for successful onboarding.
- Continuously track the progress of projects, analyze and identify potential bottlenecks, and take immediate action to proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.
