We are seeking an Offshore Onboarding Coordinator to manage the onboarding and activation of contract interpreters. This role is responsible for guiding candidates through the onboarding process, reviewing required documentation, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring interpreters are fully qualified and prepared before activation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, credentialing, workforce management, or related operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
• Experience onboarding interpreters, translators, or other credentialed professionals.
• Experience in the language services, interpretation, localization, healthcare, staffing, or contractor management industry.
• Knowledge of interpreter certifications, credential verification, and compliance processes.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage interpreter onboarding from recruiter handoff through activation.
• Review onboarding documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Provide timely support to interpreter candidates via email and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and onboarding data within Salesforce.
• Coordinate assessments, background screenings, training assignments, and profile setup activities.
• Partner with Recruiting, Compliance, Operations, and Quality teams to support interpreter growth and activation goals.
