About The Position

As an Onboarding Associate, you will play a crucial role in guiding applicants through the company's application and hiring process. You will be instrumental in ensuring that each candidate has a positive experience as they transition into their new role.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in onboarding and recruitment processes.
  • Strong customer service and data entry skills.
  • Experience with new hire orientation and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems to assist applicants with online paperwork.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Ability to provide a great experience for applicants during the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist applicants with completing new-hire paperwork.
  • Manage and support multiple applicants simultaneously in a room equipped with approximately 30 computers.
  • Facilitate the fingerprinting process as needed.
  • Assist with documentation, paper filing, and managing/storing paperwork and applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for applicants.
