Onbase Sr. Engineer
About The Position
This role involves maintaining, monitoring, and updating OnBase configurations, including the creation and support of integrations. The engineer will troubleshoot issues within the environment, prioritize and plan work activities, and set goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include daily Event Viewer analysis, identifying and characterizing incidents, generating incident reports, and investigating suspicious activity. The position also requires performing system analysis, designing, constructing, and testing infrastructure, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Creating process documentation for internal use, participating in meetings, and supporting strategy sessions and work groups to streamline processes are also part of the role. Additionally, the engineer will review configuration change proposals for compliance with established standards, guidelines, and policies, and provide guidance, assistance, training, and documentation for process solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with OnBase configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to conduct system analysis, design, construct, and test infrastructure.
- Proficiency in identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
- Skills in creating process documentation.
- Experience in reviewing configuration change proposals for compliance.
- Ability to provide guidance, assistance, training, and documentation.
