About The Position

This role is responsible for all on-site customer service, including assisting mechanics with various issues that may arise at the customer level. The position involves making changes in the AutoCrib system, maintaining reports, and managing inventory. The work environment requires physical activity, including standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, walking, and occasional sitting, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

  • Strong general inventory skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good overall knowledge of tools
  • Familiarity with data entry, filing and record keeping
  • Strong knowledge with Windows-based operating systems and software
  • Work independently and stay focused to complete assigned work
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for all on-site customer service including assisting mechanics with various issues that may arise at the customer level
  • Making changes in the AutoCrib system as suggested by frequency reports or by customer request
  • Maintaining daily and weekly reports
  • Maintenance and repair of AutoCrib machines
  • Inventory management
  • Other duties as assigned
