About The Position

In this vital role, the Onsite Coordinator will manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, support client needs proactively, resolve issues in real-time, and enhance operational efficiency. Starting at $23-24.00/hour (DOE), paid weekly Monday-Friday , occasional weekends (occasional weekends) Hybrid schedule with working hours of 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Initially, this role will support 1st shift, with the opportunity to transition into supporting 2nd shift on select days as business needs evolve. Must be available for overtime and maintain a flexible schedule. Excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision. Located in Joliet, Illinois

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including occasional support for multiple shifts as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching, and terminations.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and associates through flexibility and responsiveness.
Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing timely reporting to both the client and Accurate Personnel.
Walk the production floor at least three times daily to monitor safety, GMP, and policy compliance.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Communicate effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and extend job offers as needed.
Adapt to changing business needs while following company policies and procedures.
