About The Position

The Athletic Department at Georgia State University is seeking to hire an On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator. The On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator position is responsible for all logistical planning and preparation for recruiting for the football program. This includes items such as the coordination of the registration process for official/unofficial visits to campus, setting up spaces being used for visits, and travel plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Complete and input unofficial and official visits paperwork for all prospects on visits in the compliance system.
  • Assist, plan, and manage all on-campus recruiting events.
  • For all official and unofficial visits, ensure proper paperwork is submitted prior to visits, coordinate the registration process, meet with prospects, facilitate conversations between football staff and recruits, coordinate logistics with hotels and other businesses used during visits, and reconcile file paperwork post-event.
  • Manage prospect mailing system and database.
  • Manage weekly hours/schedule for student workers.
  • Production and management of recruiting materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
