About The Position
Evolution is hiring On-Camera Game Hosts at our Atlantic City studio. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required. If you've worked as a server, waitress, waiter, food runner, or in any restaurant or hospitality role, you already have the energy, composure, and people skills we look for. We train you on the rest. This is not a restaurant job. No food running. No cleaning tables. No side work at the end of a long shift. No customers demanding modifications at 9pm. No tip-outs you didn't see coming. No doubles you didn't ask for. You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and earn consistent hourly pay plus tips — every single shift, regardless of how busy it is. Think: the personality and composure you built on the floor + live hosting + studio environment. The people skills? You already have them. The games? We teach you those.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
- Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license

- $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
