About The Position

This full-time role starts at 3pm and ends at 11pm, paying between $17.25/hr and $25/hr with tips. No prior experience is required. Evolution is hiring Studio Hosts for its Philadelphia studio. In this role, you will be on camera hosting live games in a professional studio environment while players watch and interact online. The position combines elements of hosting, entertainment, customer service, and performance. No casino, broadcasting, or dealing experience is necessary, as all training is provided through Evolution Academy.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
• Must be able to complete paid training
• Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
• Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights

Responsibilities

• Deal live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
• Keep the game moving smoothly and accurately
• Bring positive energy and professionalism to every shift
• Maintain attendance, appearance, and performance standards
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy
