About The Position
Evolution is hiring Studio Hosts for our Philadelphia studio. In this full-time role, you will be on camera hosting live games in a professional studio environment while players watch and interact online. This position is a blend of hosting, entertainment, customer service, and performance. No prior casino, broadcasting, or dealing experience is required, as we provide comprehensive paid training through Evolution Academy. As a Studio Host, you are the face of the game, sitting at a live studio table, following game procedures, speaking clearly on camera, and creating a professional, engaging experience for online players. You will host live games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show style formats for online players. This role is akin to a live dealer, on-camera host, and customer service professional combined.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass required background checks
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
- Must be able to complete paid training
- Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
- Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnights
