About The Position

We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to be part of an exciting event happening May 30 - June 4 & June 27 - July 1 in Nashville. Whether you're available for the entire time or just a few days, we have positions open and would love to have you on board. As a member of the onsite operations team for MC&A, candidates must be able to work independently as well as communicate and work in a team environment. Friendly disposition and professional etiquette is required. The ability to execute various assignments throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Daily job duties will occur in various report locations around the city
• Friendly, informative staff will be positioned at hotels, convention centers, attractions, or other locations to assist guests with boarding transportation and directing guests to designated event areas in a safe manner.
• Greet and direct guests to/from scheduled transportation to the airport & area hotels or other specified destinations throughout the city
• Assist in load in and load out for décor events
• Registration & hospitality assistance (must be able to lift up to 25 lbs)
• Assist with organization and execution of Teambuilding Activities, Tours, Activities, Community Service Events
• Luggage handlers to assist loading/unloading of guest luggage at hotels and at the airport (must be able to lift up to 60lbs)
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
