Residential Pool (On Call) Staff
About The Position
Boley Centers, Inc. is seeking Residential Pool (On Call) Staff to join their team. This role involves documenting services provided to residents according to individualized Service Implementation Plans and maintaining safe and secure residential environments through security checks, bed checks, and crisis interventions. Pool staff are on-call employees who fill in for regular staff during available shifts to ensure continuous coverage at Boley Residential facilities, which operate 24/7. This position is ideal for students, retirees, or anyone looking to earn additional income. Schedules are posted every two weeks on "When to Work," and staff select the shifts they are available for, including 3 pm - 11 pm (2nd shift), 11 pm - 7 am (3rd shift), and occasional day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. Pool staff are expected to work at least one shift per month, with a maximum of 29 hours per week. Boley Centers provides at least one week of paid onsite training.
Requirements
- At least a high school diploma/GED
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Valid Florida driver’s license
