Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years’ production/theatrical rigging experience
- Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry
- Strong technical aptitude, including the use of rigging equipment and electric motors
- Planning ability; able to plan prioritize
- Adaptability; able to adapt effectively to change
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong team player orientation
- Commitment to best-in-class customer service for internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Ensure all event and rigging elements are executed according to Company standards
- Assist with the rigging of overhead stage equipment including lighting, sound, automation, scenery and props, as needed
- Comply with all Company security and safety protocols
- Company will all Company policies and procedures
- Inspect all rigging and audio-visual equipment; notify Supervisor immediately if damage or unsafe situation exists
- Ensure any lost, stolen or damaged equipment is immediately reported to Supervisor.
- Look for opportunities to enhance client’s event experience
- Provide continued communication with Management to ensure success of all events.
- Follow through on all client requests
- Ensure all Company occupied areas as clean, organized and up to Company standards
- Other duties as assigned.
