Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage and other items as needed.
• Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and handle guest vehicles, keys, and property responsibly.
• Ability to successfully complete any required background and driving-record checks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by warmly greeting and welcoming guests, answering questions professionally, and assisting with doors, coats, and luggage.
• Provide helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and points of interest.
• Offer thoughtful assistance to guests with special needs or disabilities.
• Safely handle guest vehicles by completing valet tickets accurately, performing vehicle damage checks, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, and maintaining vehicle keys securely.
• Represent AAA Parking professionally by maintaining a clean, polished, and professional appearance and keeping the valet area clean, organized, safe, and inviting.
• Be a team player by working closely with hotel staff, communicating effectively with teammates, and supporting fellow team members during busy periods.
• Prioritize safety and security by following all safety procedures, reporting accidents or incidents immediately, and conducting routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
