The role requires professionalism, responsiveness to resident requests for special meal preparations or substitutions, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment. Creating unique specials, costing recipes, and responding to building emergencies are also part of the duties. The Line Cook will perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
