Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality food items in accordance with standardized recipes, production schedules, and service standards.
Ensure all meals are properly portioned, presented attractively, served at the correct temperature, and meet quality expectations.
Prepare food for service or delivery while maintaining consistency and food safety standards.
Follow established ticket collection and service procedures, maintaining accurate records during service periods.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen before, during, and after food preparation and service.
Properly store, label, and dispose of food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Keep refrigerators, freezers, storage rooms, and work areas clean, organized, and stocked according to established standards.
Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely and according to instructions.
Assist with production planning, inventory control, recordkeeping, and reporting as needed.
Immediately report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or accidents to a supervisor.
Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers, managers, and guests.
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
