Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality food items in accordance with standardized recipes, production schedules, and service standards.
  • Ensure all meals are properly portioned, presented attractively, served at the correct temperature, and meet quality expectations.
  • Prepare food for service or delivery while maintaining consistency and food safety standards.
  • Follow established ticket collection and service procedures, maintaining accurate records during service periods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen before, during, and after food preparation and service.
  • Properly store, label, and dispose of food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Keep refrigerators, freezers, storage rooms, and work areas clean, organized, and stocked according to established standards.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely and according to instructions.
  • Assist with production planning, inventory control, recordkeeping, and reporting as needed.
  • Immediately report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or accidents to a supervisor.
  • Maintain positive and professional working relationships with coworkers, managers, and guests.
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
