Requirements

Proven working experience as a FOH team member with a solid reference track record.
Excellent knowledge of hospitality and guest service.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Relevant training certificate (e.g., Food Handler certification).

Nice To Haves

Experience in a catering or events setting.
Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different event styles.
Capability to perform efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, consistent hospitality service at a range of event types, from weddings to corporate gatherings.
Interact with clients and guests in a friendly and engaging manner.
Assess guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations that enhance their event experience.
Set up and maintain cleanliness of the event areas before, during, and after events, ensuring a tidy and safe environment. This includes the breakdown of the event and to reset for the next event.
Restock and replenish food inventory and supplies as needed.
Handle glassware and dishes with care and professionalism.
Work closely with event coordinators and catering staff to ensure cohesive service.
