Requirements

• Ability to talk and hear.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• Talent for attention to detail is critical for this role.
• Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Comfortably communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, B.E.O operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serving all food and beverage functions according to the standards set forth by the B.E.O and Hotel Bel Air during their day.
• Properly setting tables, side stands, and back of the house areas for functions, including all food preparations such as display or buffet, all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
• Anticipating our guest needs will create ever lasting memories for our guests.
• Fulfilling special requests involving dietary restrictions, drink preferences, timing requirements and even special occasions.
• Preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up.
• Reporting imperfections and blemishes and working with several other positions to correct them.
