Requirements

• High Availability: Mostly or always available for short-notice call-outs, emergency coverage, or urgent open shifts in the Gallatin and/or Hendersonville areas.
• Reliability: A proven track record of dependability, adaptability, and excellent communication.
• Valid Driver's License and a highly reliable, personal vehicle to ensure quick response times.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (both professional and personal family care count).

Responsibilities

• Provide care for clients on an as-needed basis.
• Respond to urgent call-outs and emergency shifts.
• Ensure quick response times to client needs.
• Communicate effectively with the office team and clients.
