All Home Health is currently seeking internal applicants for the role of On Call Coordinator. The On Call Coordinator provides after-hours support for employees and clients during emergency and non-emergency situations. This role participates in an on-call rotation approximately one week every four weeks, or one week every three weeks depending on staffing needs. The coordinator is responsible for responding to after-hours staffing and client care needs, communicating urgent updates to office staff, coordinating coverage for open shifts, providing fill-in shift coverage when required, and maintaining accurate documentation of communications and actions taken during on-call periods.
