About The Position

The Residential Scheduling Coordinator ensures our homes are staffed, safe, and delivering high-quality active treatment. This role blends scheduling, staff support, client assistance, and residential operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (preferred).
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, assist with transfers, and respond to emergencies.
  • Valid NM Driver’s License meeting insurance requirements.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in residential, long-term care, or rehab (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staffing, on-call support, and new-hire scheduling.
  • Ensure objectives are completed and data is tracked.
  • Provide guidance, training, and daily support to Residential Instructors.
  • Help with funds, outings, visits, and daily living needs for clients.
  • Monitor cleanliness, food safety, drills, and compliance to maintain safe homes.
  • Review paperwork, complete weekly forms, and support assessments.
