About The Position

Alliance Maintenance is a growing building maintenance company serving residential strata properties across Metro Vancouver. We focus on creating a positive team environment and helping our staff build their careers, which we see as key to our success. The Concierge is the first point of contact for residents and their guests, providing a warm welcome and helpful support. This role assists the building manager with daily tasks, answers resident inquiries, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and listening skills.
  • Professional appearance (neat suit and attire).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online tools.
  • Organized and responsive with calls and emails.
  • Flexible working on holidays and unscheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for residents and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist residents with housekeeping and maintenance requests.
  • Respond to noise and other resident complaints.
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records (vehicles, guests, and service providers).
  • Enforce parking rules, including towing unauthorized vehicles.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the building and exterior.
  • Monitor fire alarm panels and report issues.
  • Train new Concierge staff when required.
  • Flexible working evenings and weekends when needed.
  • Other duties as required.
