About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero is seeking an On-Call Concierge. The Concierge delivers attentive, professional guest service by responding to requests, making recommendations, and helping guests with hotel services and local activities. The role may also assist with Front Office or Bell Stand duties as needed. The position is based at Four Seasons’ San Francisco Embarcadero hotel, a 48-storey landmark above downtown San Francisco.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Computer literacy and proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite proficiency and the ability to learn proprietary applications.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Strong knowledge of surrounding areas and local attractions.

Responsibilities

Assess guest needs and requests, respond accurately, and add personal recommendations and touches to maximize guest satisfaction while following Four Seasons policies.
Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodate special requests when possible, and resolve customer complaints.
Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, operating hours, key hotel personnel, in-house events, and directions.
Respond to guest requests accurately and in a timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
Maintain knowledge of city activities, including theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, and sightseeing; establish vendor contacts to provide information, tickets, and reservations.
Process incoming and outgoing packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and promptly.
Assist with Front Office or Bell Stand duties as needed.
Ensure standards are met, guest satisfaction is high, and guest requests are handled accurately and promptly.
