About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking dependable HHAs, CNAs, or PCAs for an on-call caregiver position. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn additional income while providing essential care to seniors and adults. As an on-call caregiver, you will be available to accept client assignments when unexpected care needs arise, ensuring clients receive the support they count on.

Requirements

Must be a dependable HHA, CNA, or PCA.
Must be available and prepared to accept assignments during scheduled on-call periods.
Must be able to respond to the On-Call Supervisor within 15 minutes.
Must be prepared to leave for an assignment within 30 minutes of being contacted.
Willing to accept assignments during scheduled on-call periods.
Available to work in different client locations as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Clean, insured, and properly maintained vehicle.
Reliable access to email for communications.

Nice To Haves

Experience as an HHA, CNA, or PCA.

Responsibilities

Provide care based on the client's individual care plan and HHA, CNA, or PCA qualifications.
Personal care, including bathing and grooming.
Assistance with dressing and toileting.
Mobility assistance.
Meal preparation.
Light housekeeping.
Laundry.
Companionship.
Assistance with activities of daily living.
Following the client's care plan.
Reporting changes or safety concerns.
Completing required documentation.
Following infection-control and PPE procedures.
Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
