About The Position

Assisting Hands of Collegeville is seeking a select few go-to professionals to support their care team and step in when families need them most. This role is for an elite caregiver who loves variety, commands top dollar, and wants to be rewarded just for being available. The ideal candidate will have an active Pennsylvania CNA license or a minimum of 4 years of HHA experience, a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance. They must be able to travel within Montgomery County and commit to a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on-call window, arriving at a client's home within 1 hour of notification. This position offers a guaranteed daily stipend, premium emergency pay, standard pick-up pay, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) options, paid onboarding, and an annual continuing education allowance. The caregiver will anchor open shifts, take initial shifts with new clients, provide field support and training to staff, observe client health changes, document updates, and coordinate with the Client Care Coordinator while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania CNA license OR a minimum of 4 years of solid HHA experience.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Ability to travel to any client within Montgomery County.
  • Commitment to a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on-call window.
  • Ability to reliably arrive at a client's home within 1 hour of being notified.

Responsibilities

  • Anchor open shifts and step in seamlessly during on-call hours to keep client care uninterrupted.
  • Take initial shifts with new clients, setting a standard of care and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Mentor and provide field support or training to fellow care staff when needed.
  • Observe changes in client health, document vital updates, and coordinate seamlessly with our Client Care Coordinator while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
