Requirements

Active Pennsylvania CNA license OR a minimum of 4 years of solid HHA experience.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and the ability to travel to any client within Montgomery County.
Ability to confidently commit to a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on-call window and reliably arrive at a client's home within 1 hour of notification.

Responsibilities

Step in seamlessly during last-minute openings to keep client care uninterrupted.
Lead the way with new clients by taking initial shifts and setting a premium standard of care.
Provide field support to fellow care staff and coordinate vital health updates directly with our Client Care Coordinator.

On-Call Pay: $22/hr for emergency dispatches | $5/hr when on standby | $18/hr for standard shift pick-ups
Guaranteed Daily Stipend: $60/day just for keeping your phone on (whether you are dispatched or not)
Mileage: Paid for commute between clients
