On Call Caregiver - Standby Home Health Aide

Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania CNA license OR a minimum of 4 years of solid HHA experience.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and the ability to travel to any client within Montgomery County.
- Ability to confidently commit to a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on-call window and reliably arrive at a client's home within 1 hour of notification.
Responsibilities
- Step in seamlessly during last-minute openings to keep client care uninterrupted.
- Lead the way with new clients by taking initial shifts and setting a premium standard of care.
- Provide field support to fellow care staff and coordinate vital health updates directly with our Client Care Coordinator.
