KHAITE is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Omnichannel Operations Manager to join their team. This role, based in NYC HQ, will report to the Head of Global Logistics & Operations. The primary responsibility is to lead and optimize operational execution across the Direct-to-Consumer business, encompassing eCommerce, Retail Stores, Personal Shopping, and Fulfillment. The position requires a strategic problem solver with extensive experience in retail, eCommerce, logistics, and omnichannel operations, preferably within a luxury or premium consumer brand. The manager will be instrumental in driving process improvements, establishing best practices, managing key operational initiatives, and acting as the main point of contact between various departments including Retail, Customer Service, Distribution, Technology, Finance, and third-party logistics partners to ensure seamless customer experiences, operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment performance across all channels.
