We are seeking an experienced, on-site Omnichannel Sales Expert to manage sales, scale brands, and execute commercial strategies across our massive, multi-category portfolio. Based full-time out of our historic studio space, you will work directly with our integrated team of designers, engineers, and marketers, who hold themselves to an exceptionally high standard because our clients depend on us to get it right. Your core objective is to architect and execute go-to-market and long-term scaling strategies for our diverse catalog, spanning Health & Fitness, Golf, Hardware, Household Goods, Electronics, Athletics, Soft Goods, and Apparel.

Requirements

  • Must be fully capable and willing to work full-time on-site out of our Framingham, MA corporate studio.
  • 5+ years of verified success managing digital or retail sales pipelines for diverse consumer physical goods (CPG).
  • Advanced mastery of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, marketplace advertising networks, and wholesale retail portals.
  • Proven capability to pivot seamlessly between hard goods (electronics, hardware) and soft goods (apparel, athletics). Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in cross-channel revenue analytics, sales forecasting, inventory demand planning, and customer acquisition metric tracking.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Operates with a bias toward action; catches problems early, responds fast, and doesn't let underperforming spend sit. Treats client ad budgets with ownership mentality; acts with the speed and accountability of someone spending their own money

Responsibilities

  • A-to-Z Channel Blueprinting: Design tailor-made sales launch pads and long-term channel strategies aligned with the distinct consumer journeys of our different categories.
  • Marketplace Domination: Own and optimize digital storefront performance across Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and specialty platforms (e.g., Wayfair, Home Depot, Dick's Sporting Goods).
  • Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Scaling: Oversee the optimization, conversion rate enhancement, and growth of client Shopify storefronts.
  • Social & Next-Gen Commerce: Launch and aggressively scale active consumer products through social commerce engines like TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Traditional Retail & B2B: Cultivate corporate accounts, navigate retail buying groups, and position products for traditional wholesale and big-box distribution.
  • On-Site Collaboration: Act as the dedicated, localized commercial sales expert, sitting side-by-side with our product development, industrial design, and branding teams to ensure seamless commercial launches.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, and product)
