Omnichannel Account Manager

FittesToronto, ON

About The Position

At Fittes, we are a dynamic, female-owned-and-led product design company in Toronto, experiencing exciting growth. Our mission is to make mundane products exciting by elevating unloved items with fresh design, bringing a new-school approach to an old-school industry. We are a team of disruptors driven by ambition, creativity, and accountability, valuing collaboration, humility, and intentionality. We started with modular air registers and have expanded into multiple product categories, focused on building something extraordinary and long-lasting for both our customers and our people. This role offers an experienced, hands-on sales professional the opportunity to own and grow Fittes’ most complex national and large regional retail accounts. You will work closely with sales and account management teams to drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic execution and strong customer relationships. Since 2016, Fittes has grown rapidly with patented products, and in this role, you will see the direct impact of your work, receive mentorship, and be rewarded through performance-tied incentives. You will develop and execute data-informed sales strategies, owning the full omnichannel relationship with key CPG retail partners, aligning brick-and-mortar shelf strategy with digital marketplaces for consistent, profitable growth. Success is measured by revenue performance, account expansion, customer satisfaction, and securing incremental business.

Requirements

  • Have managed complex retail accounts and are comfortable owning revenue targets, forecasts, and expansion plans end to end
  • Understand how brick-and-mortar retail and digital marketplaces work together, and know how to use digital shelf performance to inform in-store strategy
  • Are highly data-comfortable — you can analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and turn insights into clear, actionable account plans
  • Are a strong relationship builder who earns trust quickly and knows how to grow accounts through partnership, not pressure
  • Are confident navigating negotiations and objections, using insight and preparation to close incremental business
  • Enjoy being hands-on and strategic at the same time — you like setting direction, then rolling up your sleeves to execute
  • Communicate clearly and proactively, and take pride in being a reliable, go-to partner for both customers and internal teams
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership, curiosity, and follow-through matter more than rigid playbooks
