About The Position

Cricut is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Omni-Channel Marketing Manager to join our DTC Omni-Channel Marketing team. This role supports omni-channel lifecycle marketing programs from strategy through execution in Braze across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and automated customer journeys to increase user engagement and drive incremental business results. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, technical platform expertise, and analytical rigor to help deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DTC, CRM, lifecycle, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in Braze or another Customer Engagement Platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or Iterable.
  • Proven ability to deploy campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages, and automated customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing principles, and personalization best practices.
  • Experience designing and optimizing A/B or multivariate testing programs.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability standards and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Experience supporting lifecycle strategies focused on retention, reactivation, or subscription-based programs.
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Domo, or similar BI platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and launch campaigns in Braze across email, push notifications, SMS, in-app messages and automated multi-step journeys.
  • Configure behavioral triggers, lifecycle automations, and personalized messaging using static and dynamic content.
  • Manage and evolve audience segmentation strategies to optimize targeting, engagement, and lifecycle performance.
  • Support the development and execution of omni-channel lifecycle marketing strategies aligned to business and campaign objectives, with a focus on increasing user engagement and retention.
  • Help develop and maintain a roadmap for campaigns, customer journeys, and A/B or multivariate testing.
  • Identify and execute testing opportunities in segmentation, messaging, timing, and channel mix to improve KPIs and engagement metrics.
  • Analyze campaign and journey performance, document results, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to continuously improve engagement outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with deliverability best practices and applicable regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Partner closely with Engagement, Creative, Product Marketing, and Data Engineering teams to align messaging, storytelling, targeting, and campaign objectives across channels.
  • Drive operational improvements through automation, documentation, and process standardization.
  • Provide guidance and support to international marketing teams to replicate and execute global programs effectively.
