About The Position

At Watkins Wellness, the Sr. Product Manager, Omni-Channel will own the strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle for a portfolio of omni-channel products, guiding them from early concept through launch, optimization, and end-of-life decisions. This role involves defining what products are built, why they are built, and how they will succeed in the market. The manager will use customer insight, competitive intelligence, and data analysis to identify growth opportunities, develop strong business cases, and prioritize initiatives aligned with commercial and business goals. This position is central to product management's strategic function and requires close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align technical feasibility, quality, cost, and margin with clear product direction. The ability to translate detailed, technical inputs into focused product strategy and actionable plans will directly influence the product portfolio and market success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 6–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with durable consumer goods or omni channel portfolios
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management
  • Deep experience translating product opportunities into data driven investment rationales, including cost modeling, pricing, margin, and demand forecasting.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct Voice of Customer (VoC) and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes
  • Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • ERP system experience required; familiarity with Navision or SAP preferred
  • Experience working within structured NPI and stage gate processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong writing skills and skilled at influencing across functions
  • Comfortable translating technical concepts into customer focused and sales ready messaging

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy, priorities, and roadmap for a defined omni channel product portfolio, while monitoring market performance, financial results, and lifecycle outcomes.
  • Identify and prioritize high value product opportunities by blending customer insight, commercial input, competitive intelligence, and industry trends into focused product direction.
  • Develop clear, data driven cases that define product specifications, cost targets, pricing and margin expectations, unit volumes, and feasibility to support confident investment decisions.
  • Translate technical, manufacturing, and analytical inputs into concise product requirements and clear direction that aligns engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Anticipate shifts in customer needs, channel dynamics, and adjacent categories, shaping product concepts that position us to win ahead of the market.
  • Guide assigned products through ideation, development, launch, optimization, and end of life decisions, including repositioning, value engineering, or discontinuation when needed.
  • Drive alignment and execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to deliver new products or product extensions, keeping teams focused on commitments and timelines.
  • Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing to ensure product strategies reflect real world constraints, quality expectations, and production realities.
  • Monitor sales, cost, margin, and quality performance, using advanced Excel and analytics to guide pricing, portfolio optimization, and investment trade offs.
  • Make informed recommendations on which products to double down on, which to improve, and which to sunset to keep the portfolio focused and competitive.
