About The Position

Lynch Oil is currently seeking a Package Driver to work out of its Tampa location, inviting interested individuals to apply to become part of the Lynch Family.

Requirements

Possess and maintain a Class B CDL.
Must be a Safety conscious driver.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and maneuver drums safely to individual trucks to deliver fuel by hand.
Must be able to climb ladder, bend, squat, reach, walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Be able to withstand heat and extreme weather.
Must be able to keep a fast pace while maintaining accuracy, meeting delivery window time frames and dependable and reliable expectations
1 year of truck driving experience
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
Must be willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends.
Be able to pass DOT drug test.

Responsibilities

Load, unload and secure products on truck.
Safely deliver packaged products to customer sites
Keep truck clean at all times.
When needed must be able to operate a forklift.
Provides good customer service and maintains a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image.
Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, corrective and preventative maintenance and documents on the driver's truck inspection sheets;
Must maintain Drivers Daily Log in accordance with DOT regulations.
Obey all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
Other duties may be assigned
Warehouse task on an as needed basis.
Moving inventory using forklift.
Loading truck with deliveries.
