About The Position

Superior Ford is hiring dependable and motivated Quick Lane Lube Technicians for an entry-level role in its automotive service team. The position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career advancement. Technicians perform routine vehicle maintenance and light repairs, inspections, customer-service support, and other duties as assigned. The role also includes shuttle driving, porter duties, and occasional light building maintenance.

Requirements

Basic automotive knowledge and some hands-on experience in a professional setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be over 21 years old.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Team-oriented attitude and motivation to fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and light repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on customer vehicles.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with shuttle driving and porter duties.
Complete light building maintenance tasks as needed.
Collaborate with service advisors to communicate vehicle service status.
Participate in ongoing training to keep up with evolving automotive technology.
Provide professional customer service at all times.
Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
